Payment methods

You can pay for the ordered goods via bank transfer. After completing your order, we will contact you and send a proforma invoice for prepayment to the email address provided. Please do not transfer the amount before we confirm the availability of the product. Once the bank transfer is received, the order will be processed.

Card Payment

You can pay online during the checkout process using your Maestro, Visa, or MasterCard debit or credit card. In case the goods, for which the customer has withdrawn from the contract within 14 days of receipt, were paid by card, the refund will be made exclusively to the same card used for payment. We never store any credit and/or debit card information used for purchases on the LuxuryChess.eu platform.
